1. Unzip the CS.zip file
2. Creata a new virtual directory called 'CS' which points to the 'Web' folder in the above zip file.
3. See SqlScripts/HowToSetUpDb.txt for the database.
Optional, but recommended:
- Grant ASP.Net write access to the root/blogs and root/photos folders. For Windows 2000 Server or XP, you must give the ASPNET account full privileges to the folders. For Win2K3 you must give the Network Service Account Full Control.
- If you try to run CS on Url other than localhost/cs (ie, the first paramater for cs_system_CreateCommunity), you must add the
new Url using: exec cs_system_AddNewUrl 'localhost/cs', 'NEW_URL'

Upgrades From CS 1.0 to CS 1.1
- Execute: CS_1.0_to_1.1_upgrade.sql
- Execute: cs_procedures.sql
- Reupload all the site files
- Reset the connectionstring in the web.config
Upgrading FROM CS 1.1 RC 1/2
- Execute: cs_procedures.sql
- Execute: cs_Schema_Patch_20050607.sql
- Reupload all the site files
NOTE: If you upgrade from Forums 2.0 or 2.01 to CS 1.0/CS 1.1, you should run the following SQL:
update cs_Sections set ForumType = 60 where SectionID = 3
