(Abstract : The paper introduces the harmonics analysis of intelligent power station and researched the mathematic model of the harmonic analysis of intelligent power station based on interpolating windowed FFT algorithm. It also shows the FFT algorithm in pointing DSP. The simulated data in MATLAB has been compared with the result which verified the accuracy and speed of the algorithm)
