JetterSite WebEditor is a powerful HTML web editor, which is a server side control base on Java/JSP.
Features:
- Open application framework, with powerful expansibility.
- Separate source code and Javascript code perfectly. You can add functions freely without rebuilding source code.
- Multi language, multi style, multi layout support.
- Base on config file. You can change layout and function arrangement by modifying config file easily and quickly.
- Compatible with IE series. And it will be compatible with Mozilla and Opera for the future.
- Use safe HTML code and Javascript code, completely without any ActiveX and Java Applet.
Development plan for future versions:
- Redesign the Javascript codes, in order to support Mozilla browser. (ver0.9)
- Enhance "Insert image" and "Insert link" functions. Design a general interface module, to read the link (image) list from config files, disk data and database. (ver0.9)
- Add more languages and styles. (ver0.9)
- Add table editing function. (ver1.0+)
- Design some interfaces for exchanging visits with other server components. For example, "Open Excel File", "Open PDF File", etc. (ver1.0+)
- Workspace's status callback. (ver1.0+)
WebEditor Control is free of charge. You can download, use, transmit with no payment. But when you intend to use it, please give clear indication of the copyright of the control.
The source code for JetterSite WebEditor is available for a small fee of $50 (400 RMB). This fee helps us keep the website up and running for future improvements. Purchasing the source code gives you the right to distribute your own compiled binaries, but you may not distribute the source code.
This control and its recompiled version must not be distributed with any software product or software suite that is not free or with commercial purpose. If you need to use this control with commercial purpose, please purchase the commercial license first.
