INTRODUCTION AnywhereAnyway provides you with powerful remote desktop access and control functions,regardless of the kinds of the hardware and operating systems employed.Further more, AnywhereAnway is an open source project under GPL(General Public License), you can make modifications to it as well as intergrate it to your own applications, please visit GNU to see the license in detail. HISTORY * This is the first release of AnywhereAnyway Mobile Viewer. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS * Mobile phones, PDAs, Beepers and other Mobile devices support MIDP 1.0 spec and Socket. * You may also set up your simulation environment with J2ME Wireless Toolkit(http://java.sun.com/j2me/) under MS Windows , Linux , Unix , etc * JRE 1.3 or later, 1.4 recomended INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS For those who want to use Mobile Viewer on Moblie devices directly,simply transfer MobileViewer.jad and MobileViewer.jar to you devices via OTA ,Internet or other transfer methods your device producer provided. For those who want to simulate Mobile Device Environment, follow the instructions: * Install JRE (http://java.sun.com). * Install J2ME Wireless Toolkit(http://java.sun.com/j2me/) * Add JRE Installation directory to your classpath * Start the simulator provided by J2ME Wireless Toolkit and select MobileViewer.jad whena File Selection Dialog pop up. or start with command line(Shell),for detail plz see documentations of J2ME Wireless Toolkit.
