说明： 1．《基于TCP－面向连接的应用程序》 －最简单的聊天室Chat网络通信
2．在Chat目录下打开Chat.dsw，进入VC6.0开发环境，读懂项目程序ChatSer（服务器）和ChatCli（客户机）程序；
3． 在单机上运行它们，验证其通信结果；
4． 在多机上运行它们，验证其通信结果；（ChatServer只需运行在一台主机上，ChatClient可在其它主机上运行（要知道ChatServer所在主机的IP地址）。
