说明： 随着公司的不断成长，公司项目越来越多。项目文档的管理以及项目信息的共享用传统的方式已经不能满足要求，在此基础上需要一种新的有效的管理方式。
1.2 项目范围定义
本系统包括四大功能模块：
1、项目信息的维护；
2、项目文档的管理；
3、项目信息，文档的查询；
4、管理提示。

对项目信息进行分级，分类管理；
对项目文档进行分阶段管理；
对项目管理作提示；

本软件最终用户包括：
