说明： FLASH实现的录音模块，你只要配置好fms，然后打开网页就可以实现录音了
(FLASH module to achieve the recording, you just configured fms, and then open the web page can be achieved recording the)

安装fms，然后打补丁之后找到安装目录下面找到名字为applications的文件夹，然后分别建立名字为 test 和 luzhi的文件夹
在安装目录下面的tools文件夹StartServerService.bat可以启动服务器（如果没有启动的才需要这么做，默认是启动的）
然后直接打开html就可以录制了
然后html代码中:
'FlashVars', 'fms_url=rtmp://127.0.0.1/test&VideoName=sample&totalTime=100&htmlUrl=http://www.163.com/',
fms_url为fms的地址
otherVideoName等于录制的名字
totalTime最长录制时间
htmlUrl与后台通讯的地址，这个没做完还得和后台商量
