(1) How to use the codes: Sample_code_main.m: mail file. The sample plot generated by the main algorithm gives you an idea how the total network utility changes with the number of users in the network, with a fixed total network coverage. funGridSetupTransmitterUniform.m: generating random network topology with uniform user (transmitter-receiver pair) distributions funADPAlgorithmLogU.m: the ADP algorithm with weighted logarithmic utility function. If you want to use different utility functions, you need to change the ADP algorithm with different power and price update dynamics. (2) Here we only consider a single channel wireless ad hoc network. The multi-carrier case can be analyzed similarily with another level of dual decomposition.
