说明：  分析了当前电力系统发电设备故障诊断中存在的问题，提出了解决方案—— 基于Internet的发电设备状态监测与诊断，介绍了基于Internet的发电机组远程监测诊断系统的结构与实现技术，并从实时性、安全性的角度，着重分析采用JDBC、Servlet实现方案的优劣。结合作者的实践，介绍了使用Java A pplet、TCP／IP协议和Java Socket技术开发的一套远程状态监测诊断系统。
