说明：  将IP地址数据库和程序放在 同一目录下并制定数据库名，在程序启动的时候自动 找到数据库，但目前我还不知道如何实现（希望知道 的朋友告诉我一声）。IP地址的输入框的输入检查功 能也没有添加。
