Description: - iconer converts png files and 32 bits ARGB arranged bitmaps into 32 bits windows icons. - it can also convert paletted bitmaps into (also) paletted windows icons. note: i don't implement tranparent pixels in icons created from paletted bitmaps. actualy, i've prepared some means to include transparent pixels in paletted icons, but i'm to lazy too continue it, it's ugly anyway. usage: - open icon button: used to view what is inside an icon, revealing it's contents and descriptions. - insert image button: used to enlist images you want to make into an icon. - create icon button: used to make an icon from enlisted images. legal notice: - you can distribute iconer freely for free use only, do not take any advantage from it. - you can modify it as you wish, adding or removing features, whatever you wish. - there is NO warranty at all, use it at your own risk. recompiling dependency: - iconer use gdiplus to read png files, so in order to compile it with png support, you need gdiplus adaptation for delphi, you can get it from progdigy (www.progdigy.com). - you can comment out the gdiplus and png part if you dont want png support or too lazy to open progdidy's site. email: am05mhz - am05mhz@live.com May 2007
