说明： 网站上很多regmon都编译不了，不是参数不对就是缺少组件。我调了一下，把缺的文件找齐，并且在windows xp中的编译通过并运行。
(Many regmon have compiled the website can not, not an argument is not a lack of components. I adjusted a bit, the missing file leveling, and in windows xp in the compile and run.)

Using Regmon
------------
Start Regmon.exe from its home directory. Complete usage
instructions are available in the on-line help file.
Building Regmon
----------------
Regmon consists of a device driver and a GUI. The NT driver was built with
the Windows NT DDK Build environment and the GUI was compiled with
Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0. The VxD was built using NuMega Labs
(www.numega.com) VtoolsD 2.0.
The help was entered with Microsoft Word 2000 and Help Workshop
for Word 2000.
To install, copy Regmon.exe, Regvxd.vxd and regsys.sys to the same
directory.
