The system is based on the operation system of Windows XP Professional ,the database of ACCESS. Through a series of preparation such as requirement analization、design 、coding、test, the function is that the administrators could publish and manage news, the management of teacher。The Teachers could assign tasks on line freely, mark the assignment and answer the questions dished out by students. Students could utilize the function of handing in the assignment, upload assignment without any component and asking questions in time.
