MLDemo v 0.1 Extremely Short User Guide -------------------------- - Launch the software - Select the menu Windows\Draw Samples this will allow you to determine the generation method (uniform/normal noise, single point) If no options between Single and Spray is selected, no drawing will be possible - Draw samples by clicking either the Left or Right mouse button. Left click generates class 0 samples Right click generates class 1 samples The space is defined between 0,0 (upper left corner) and 1,1 (lower right corner) - Select the menu Windows\Display Options this will allow you to display model information, confidence/likelihood maps and to hide the original samples - Select one of the Windows\* menus to open their respective option panels - From the option panel (e.g. Clustering) select an algorithm by clicking on the appropriate tab NOTE: the ROC and Cross Validation buttons, as well as the train/test ratio do not work yet.
