说明：  VCLskin是一个很好用的Delphi，BCB皮肤控件，使用非常简单。而且还有很多皮肤可以下载。VCLSkin官方网站上不去，后来用了代理上去了，才发现官方己经更新到5.04，且己经支持了Delphi2009了，这个是VclSkin 5.03 Fullsource（源码）。
