说明：  為方便測試Lcd 液晶顯示器 , 我寫的一個vb版的工具 , 可以在WIN系統中動態的切換顯示器的"頻率""顏色""和"with""heigh" , 不需要重新啟動PC , 調用api實現 , 想設置多大都可以(自己修改源代碼）。 現附上源代碼及生成的exe檔案 , 希望對需求此方面的朋友有所幫助.(無需密碼 因工作關系本程序在繁體win2k+繁體vb6完成 ﹐ 用簡體的朋友將所有的代碼copy到word中再轉換成簡體后覆蓋即可 .
