说明： 使用at指令发送的代码
使用标准AT指令
现在只能支持PDU模式（Text模式太简陋）！
支持7_Bit 和 UCS2 编码
集成了串口（spcomm）
只需要简单的配置几个参数就可以收发短信了

1.CMPPClient.exe 主程序

数据库说明：
RECEIVED 接收到的短信处理后存放
RECEIVEWAIT 接收到的短信
REPORTED 接收到的状态报告处理后存放
REPORTWAIT 接收到的状态报告
REPORTWAIT_ERR_CMPP 状态报告错误代码
REPORTWAIT_ERR_SMGP 状态报告错误代码
SENDED 已发送短信
SENDEDERR 无法发送短信
SENDEDERR_STATUS_CMPP 发送时返回状态
SENDEDERR_STATUS_SMGP 发送时返回状态
SENDWAIT 待发送短信（要发送的短信插入该表中）
