GNMIDI v2.0 Shareware for Windows ME/XP/2000 Midiplayer and many operations to modify standard midi files (*.mid). Some of the most frequently used midi operations are: MIDI format 1 to format 0 (also files *.mid in folders at once) MIDI format 0 to format 1 repair errors in MIDI file structure RMI to MIDI conversion generate MIDI medley change volume, fade in/out copy (cut) part of MIDI file convert MIDI with lyrics to Karaoke (.kar) and back Compress MIDI (result will be a MIDI with same content but if possible smaller) Humanize MIDI MIDI note shift MIDI to ASCII Text and back Map channel numbers Check all midi files Batch conversion (modify whole folder of MIDI files) Karaoke Editor Lyrics synchronization ... (for complete list see online manual or program help) GNMIDI v2.0 for Windows ME/XP/2000 is not free, it is a cheap Shareware. Shareware is different to commercial product: o you can test the program free for 5 days o you register only if already this program version satisfies your needs, if not satisfied then delete this installation and try a newer version when released again for 5 days free testing. Tell author what you dislike or are missing. o if you don't want to register after testing then simply delete the installation files from your harddisk. o You can test next version again for free o Using a version longer than 5 days without sending a registration order is illegal. o Registration is valid for many versions (2.00-2.99) o You can discuss problems, suggestions, comments directly with author by email o Problems are usually quickly solved in new version o Updates are released often and usually contain new features (till now about 1 update/month, 2 features/month added) o The program extensions can be downloaded for no extra costs Price for registration is currently 25 Euro or 30 US$ and a correctly filled registration form. After valid registration you get a personal license and newest program version on CD-ROM (HD-1.44). For incomplete registration we send you an e-mail. It includes all upgrades of this major version 2: 2.00 till 2.99 The upgrade versions can be downloaded with internet or from shareware cdroms. The gnmidi.zip can be distributed by any media (www, email, ftp, cdrom, bundle, ...), but the content of the zip archive must not be changed. Fill the form correctly and legibly, use your real name (no aliases) correct international address. We don't try sending twice for one payment if address is invalid. If the form is not correctly filled then we can't generate a license file till you send a valid form by email or letter. Your personal data is only used to create your personal license file, and to send the CD-ROM with license which disables the registration reminder and wait dialogs. E-mail (if specified) is only used to inform you about problems in case of incorrect registration (form or payment). Current prices are valid till 30.12.2011, see newest version after this date for new prices. It is not possible to get a license for an old price or get a certain old program version for the old price. Old prices are not valid anymore. If sending old price (independent of knowing about price change) we will inform by e-mail about changes and let you decide to register for current conditions (see newest program version on our www site) or register an other product that is cheaper or return the price for your shipping costs only and your delivery risk (if it gets lost on post way). Delivery: License file will only be delivered on CDROM with priority mail. Be sure that your address is correct, we won't send several times for one price. For long distant sendings (oversea) we usually send a temporary license (after payment is proved) by e-mail that activates full version immediately within the delivery time (if email is specified and works). If you paid and think you are waiting too long for response or disk then contact us by email to clear this up e.g. online order is usually proved by regsoft within 24 hours, then we get your order to delivery the disk. The disk will be delivered later using postal way. If you don't hear from us for more than 2 weeks then contact us, probably there were problems with your order (e.g. unreadable order form, order did not arrive, network problems that makes it impossible to contact you, invalid check, ...). CD-ROM: Keep your CD-ROM at a safe place, you need it when you install program on new computer or when your harddisk content crashed. A replacement disk must be paid and will only be delivered postally to same person/address as in original order form. Gift orders: Regsoft supports order as a present for someone else. Or simply contact GNMIDI author and tell for which person the order should be a gift and where the CD-ROM should be sent to (and if new gifted person should receive a temporary license immediately). The name of the registered GNMIDI user will be printed on the CD-ROM. Tell soon about the gifted person if that information is not (correct) in the order form. Later (after production/delivery of CD-ROM) it is not possible anymore to change name of the licensed user. Company orders: Company needs to order for each user of the software separate personal licenses. It is not possible to move license from one person to other.
