说明： MSP430通过bootloader实现本地串口程序升级应用程序
分两部分程序：bootloader和APP应用层程序。
功能实现：
1、bootloader程序中检测是否需要升级app程序，需要升级则执行串口程序接收串口发来的应用程序烧录文件。接收成功后执行APP程序。
2、bootloader中断映射到app的虚拟中断地址。
3、APP程序主要用于测试本地升级是否正确，实现串口中断接收数据，主循环发送数据的功能。
4、bootloader和app各自的配置文件修改。
5、bootloader和app的各自IAR5.3 IDE环境配置。
