说明：  VB写的一个简单挂机锁程序！可以在自己电脑没有设密码且暂离不想关机时候使用，防止其他人对电脑操作！利用了文件读写和注册表操作！把用户设置密码进行保存并把程序加入自动启动（注册表操作），防止其他人强行关机绕过此程序！如果在没有正常退出程序单情况下（例如：强行关机等），下次重启就会自动运行并锁屏（密码与上次相同）。
