说明： 一共4个按键：确认/修改，移位，时间加，时间减
LCD1602界面说明：第一行为系统当前运行状态(两种)：
Runing-表示运行中不能设置任何参数
Timing-表示进入时间校时状态
第二行未当前时间显示与设置；
通过配合移位按键对应的时-分-秒进行闪烁指示，
再配合时间加/时间减进行参数校时；
(A total of four buttons: confirm/modify, shift, time plus, time minus LCD1602 Interface Description: the first acts of the system is currently running (two kinds): Runing- indicates operation can not set any parameters Timing- that enter the school at the time state the second line is not the current time display and setting by corresponding with the shift keys- were flashes to indicate seconds, and then with time plus/minus time timing parameters- points )
