Guidelines for running the MATLAB codes MATLAB main files: Files ‘figure12.m’, ‘figure 13.m’, ‘figure14.m’ and ‘figure15.m’ are independent main files. You can directly run one of the main files to generate the corresponding figure in the paper. For example, you can generate figure 12 in the paper by running ‘figure12.m’. Please see comments in each main file for details. MATLAB function files: Other ‘*.m’ files are function files. Please see comments in each function file for details. C Input/Output files: ‘*.POMDP’ files are input files to c code ‘pomdp-solve.c’ which can be downloaded from 'http://www.cs.brown.edu/research/ai/pomdp/code/index.html'. The output files from ‘pomdp-solve.c’ are saved under the folder ‘pomdp-solve-result’. Please see comments in file ‘optimalSensing.m’ for details.
