XviD Athlon Optimized Codec (Frontier's build)

To install the codec, just replace the xvid.dll in \windows\system32 directory (under 2000/XP)
with the included in the archive. The optimized DLL requires either Koepi's or uManiac's XviD builds
to be installed prior its installation. This version is incompatible with Nic's build.
This optimized version uses inline assembly for many standard C library functions (memset, memcpy)
therefore it yelds better performance on AMD chips (K6, Athlon, Athlon XP, Duron). It is not optimized
for AMD*** yet.
