(When the concept of the MMP (Multiple Multipole Program) code was borne, the intention was to develop a numerical technique with a solid theoretical background which should allow to provide some information on the in uence of well-known assumptions made for obtaining analytical solutions. I.e., the code should reliably and accurately compute relatively simple models with a reduced set of assumptions.
