说明： NRF24L01和MSP430F4152测试程序
在别人的基础上修改的，没优化，已测试通过，收发正常(查询方式接收，没接IRQ引脚)。不过程序不是同时收发的。刚测试通过。
(NRF24L01 and MSP430F4152 test procedures
On the basis of others modified, no optimization, has been tested, receive and receive normal (query mode to receive, no IRQ pin). But the program is not at the same time to send and receive. Just passed the test.)
