This is the MATLAB code supporting the paper:
"COMPRESSIVE PARAMETER ESTIMATION FOR SPARSE TRANSLATION-INVARIANT SIGNAL
USING POLAR INTERPOLATION", submitted for publication in Transactions on
Signal Processing in 2013.
In the root directory there are two scripts and two functions:
- NUMEXP_TDE_EXAMPLE.M is an example script that runs a small scale
experiment, similar to Figure 3, 4 and 5 in the paper.
- SIMPLE_TDE_EXAMPLE.M is an example script that solves one estimation
problem.
- TDE_MAIN.M is the main numerical experiment function, which runs a number
of numerical experiments. This function calls the STICS_NUMEXP.M function.
- STICS_NUMEXP.M is the implementation of a single numerical experiment.
The root directory also contains eight subfolders:
- APPROXIMATION_ERROR_ANALYSIS contains the script for generating Figure 1
in the paper.
- EXPERIMENTS contains the scripts for performing the different numerical
experiments that generate Figure 3, 4 and 5 in the paper.
- LAMBDA_ANALYSIS contains the scripts for generating Figure 2 in the paper
- MISC contains various helper functions.
- RECON_ALGORITHMS contains the implementation of the six algorithms tested
in the paper: BOMP, PaIBOMP, TDE-MUSIC, CCBP, PaIBOMP+CCBP and PoIBOMP.
- RESULTS_AND_PLOTTING contains functions for plotting the results generated
by the scripts in the EXPERIMENTS folder. This folder also contains all
the mat-files that generate the exact figures used in the paper.
- SIGNAL_GENERATORS contains the functions to generate the linear chirp signals.
- SPARK_ANALYSIS contains the scripts for finding the upper bound on the Spark
of the different dictionary matrices.
Some of the algorithms in this package requires the CVX package to run:
