说明： C#天气预报程序桌面版，在你的电脑桌面上显示你本地的天气信息，天气数据采集自网络，除了显示天气信息外，还有实时的温度、湿度、风力风向及未来两天的天气情况，有自动刷新功能，可以设置随系统启动等。软件上面显示的时间是获取的服务器上的时间（无法获取时才会使用本地的时间），包含农历跟星期等信息，运行后默认以透明窗体嵌入桌面右下角，可以设置两个城市显示（任务栏图标右键有设置功能）。定时刷新采用线程控制，抛弃传统的Timer控件。另外，软件做了只能同时运行一个实例的限制！可能是因为Using的东西太多，导致软件占用内存接近30M，也可能是算法及.net框架的原因，有兴趣的朋友可以在此基础上进行修改完善，大家一起进步！
提示：单独拷出exe文件使用时，第一次运行会自动生成配置文件，由于会遍历N个XML文档，所以需要十几秒钟的初始化时间（视网络情况而定）！
