# Hands_on_programming_with_R
I'm learning R from the book "Hands-on programming with R" (http://shop.oreilly.com/product/0636920028574.do) and found it hard to keep track of incremental changes to functions. Sounds like a good opportunity to learn Git, branching, merging etc. at the same time. I'll branch by function and commit at the end of every chapter, then try uniting them by rebasing.
