说明:  :针对传统矩阵变换器存在电压传输比低和输出性能易 受非正常输入影响的两个固有缺陷,提出一种Z–源双级矩 阵变换器(Z-source two-stage matrix converter,ZSTSMC)及 其调制方法。利用Z–源网络的升压特性以提高电压传输比, 通过Z–源网络电容电压闭环对直通因子进行自适应地调 节,从而有效抑制非正常输入对输出性能的影响。闭环控制 中采用一种非线性PID 算法,削弱了Z–源网络表现出的非 最小相位特性带来的不良影响,提高了系统动态性能和抗扰 能力。仿真和实验验证了该拓扑的可行性和正确性。
(A novel Z-source two-stage matrix converter (ZSTSMC) and its modulation strategy were proposed to overcome two main drawbacks of conventional matrix converters, i.e., low voltage transfer ratio and low immunity to abnormal input voltages. The Boost voltage characteristics of Z-source network was introduced to improve the voltage transfer ratio. The shoot-through index was adaptively controlled by Z-source capacitor voltage closed-loop, so as to be immune to the disturbance of abnormal input voltages. The nonlinear PID controller was employed to eliminate effects caused by non-minimum-phase characteristic presented in Z-source network and to improve the dynamic performance and robustness of the system. Finally, the validity and feasibility of this topology were verified by simulation and experiment results.)
