说明： 这是一个利用Socket来发送图片的例子程序。值得注意的是：图片对象被表示成COM接口IPicture. 程序分为服务器端和客户端。服务器端里面的文件Picture.h和Picture.cpp是用来处理图片的。它们用到了函数OleLoadPicture. 具体的代码实现，请您细看。
