说明：  这是我编写的一个适用于医学写作者的中文pdf扫描识别的文档字符格式化工具，针对万网、CNKI的文献常见的编码问题如标点格式、中英文全半角、多余的换行符等自动转换。基本上复制文档内容时候，开着这个软件就可以自动对剪切板的数据转换，直接复制到word写作即可。
