说明： 既可以实现项目上往中心的报表，也可以实现内部文件的传输，由于报表对象是部门当中的任何人，所以到往该部门中的任何人都可以知道有报表这个事情的发生，但是由于部门当中有领导也有工作人员，所以报往该部门的内容只有该部门的领导人能看到(其他人只能看到有这个报表，而得不到内容)，其他部门的人则没有看到这些东西的权限.当然经理书记及特殊需求的人可以获得所有文件的阅览权限.

本程序是考虑办公室办公,部门分散造成各种通讯及文件上的传输的不便而做.
同时也为员工提供了自己的部分私人记录空间.
本程序可以说她是一个组合产物,但是从使用可行性上来说还是比较实用的。
在这里我指出本程序的部分缺点及漏洞,希望有人给补上(我比较懒,呵呵而且近来工作内容繁重):
1.对于数据类型的检查没有,所以可实现注射;
2.没有检查提交地址,可以跨站提交;
3.报表部分内容上传没有对文件名进行处理,容易被猜测(采用两个作者的东西,懒得处理);
4.数据库部分安全性可以进一步提高(别问我,自己想);
5.美工不足;
6.对上传文件可以实现病毒特征扫描,而确定是否写入服务器;
7.后台管理功能不够强大,可以将上传部分做的更专业一点;
8.采用session机制,所以上传方面由于微软的原因有一些问题,可能你根本碰不到该问题;
9.Firefox2.0.0.2(以下的没有测试过)和IE都兼容本程序;
10.代码不规范,模块化程度不高(这个就留给自己弄了,呵呵,当然你们如果有写的希望给我一份)
11.写着写着被打搅了,有一个很严重的问题,自己去发现.
好了这个不成熟的东西,在管理权限上还是比较不错的.
PS：记得以前的雪域留言本很多人下了出现数据库错误，这个是由于提供下载方清除了数据库密码造成的
