说明： 本设计就是要开发这样一套MIS的矿灯智能充电管理系统。目前，煤矿企业现场设备巡检普遍采用比较落后的人工挂牌等手段进行管理，一线工作人员工作范围广，劳动强度大，很难做到全面认真的掌握设备的工作状态，同时作为企业生产管理者也很难完全清楚巡检人员是否定点、定时、定性、定量的进行设备巡检，一旦出现事故，既不能很好的预防，责任也非常难以判明。以前发生的各类设备安全事故中，有大部分是因为这类原因造成的。为了解决上述存在的问题，我公司自主研制了智能化的现场设备巡检管理系统。本课题主要是涉及应用软件部分功能的实现，不涉及硬件方面。

(This lamp intelligent design is to develop a set of MIS charge management system.
