说明：  TMS320 系列DSP 中断矢量表的编写及链接 在DSP 编程中，若用户用到中断，需要编写中断服务程序和中断 向量表，并用链接命令来链接起来。中断向量表是一些跳转指令，每 一个中断源对应一条跳转指令（C54 可选多条跳转指令），这些跳转 指令按顺序排列，跳转指向的地址就是中断服务程序的起始地址。
