USART1、USART2、USART3、UART4、UART5基本功能收发测试
下载程序后运行 BAUD:19200
上位机打工串口调试助手，如果串口线连到目标板的USARTx上，上位机位由收到相应USARTx发送成功信息：USARTx sent success，如发送成功
通过调试助手下向目标板发送0x01，如果USARTx接收成功，上位机会收到成功的：USARTx receive is successfull
