FvcCheckMemTime is an utility program that can be used to check if your match and enroll executables comply with the FVC requirements. The utility must be used as follows: FvcCheckMemTime “complete command line” examples: FvcCheckMemTime "enroll_P001 101_1.tif 101_1.mdl DB1.cfg out.txt" FvcCheckMemTime "matxh_P001 102_1.tif 101_1.mdl DB1.cfg out.txt" (Note that the command line must be enclosed by quotation marks ("). The output of the program contains the following 3 values: - “Peak memory usage”: the maximum amount of memory used by your program (this is important for the light category) - “CPU process time”: the CPU time actually used by your program (it is important for both categories) - “time elapsed”: the total time elapsed (this is for information only, the FVC time constraint is based on the actual CPU process time). Please note, that the CPU process time depends on the PC speed. FVC time limits are referred to “Windows XP Professional O.S. on PC AMD Athlon 1600+ (1.41 GHz)”.
