This file describes the steps needed to run the software. It also includes legal disclaimer and copyright notice. Requirements ------------ 1. A Windows, Unix/Linux, Macintosh machine capable of running MathWorks MATLAB software. 2. MathWorks MATLAB release 2009a or later. The software package may function properly on previous releases of Matlab, but the authors have not developed the software to function on such previous releases. Running the software -------------------- 1. The demo.m demonstrates how to tun the software. Comments are provided in the demo.m file to explain the variables. 2. Type demo from Matlab command line to run the software. 3. The program uses default hyperparameter values as described in [3]. But they can be overridden by user specified values. In the demo.m file the noise Gamma parameters are overridden by user. Similarly, other parameters listed in the demo.m file can be overridden by user specified values. 4. To run in command line (without GUI) invoke Matlab as matlab -nodesktop (instead of -nojvm option).
