如果你从事智能卡方面的工作，学习，希望这个程序对你有所帮助。
1、本程序是模拟智能卡COS的程序，以EEPROM文件来模拟对应的存储器EEPROM，以UE打开EEPROM文件就可以看到里面存储的数据。
2、模拟的底层接口，在对应的类kernel中
3、程序将简单的界面也集成在其中，可以在CMD下用命令启动，可以查看help，也可以直接启动，可以查看需求说明文档
4、提供了一个SOCKET的接口
5、有相应的配置文件config.ini可以配置各项参数，提供LOG调试，并根据需要可以调节LOG等级0～5级
6、在DEBUG目录下有一个测试文数据：test.txt，和2个文件系统
