说明：  电力系统103规约源代码 本规约参考了IEC60870-5-103（继电保护设备信息接口配套标准）传输规约（以下简称103规约），针对不同的网络结构，提出了2种链路传输方式，但都采用103规约的应用服务数据单元。根据103规约的要求，新研制的保护、测量、控制设备必须采用该配套标准的兼容范围，不能满足的部分采用通用分类服务完成。因此本协议适用于新研制的产品。
