You can either import the email data from your address book into a text or CSV-file or you could type in the email information in the app itself. For me, I like to export the latest email information of my contacts from the Gmail address book and save only two columns for their first name/nick name and their primary email address. Then I can easily read the file into the app. I have written the read function to read in a CSV or text file but it should be easy to add support for other file formats. You can also update your signature permanently for yourself in PersonalEmailApp.m. Just search for "signature" and update it. After the app sends the email (or not), it records the information in a text file in the current folder.
