This is simple code to read the A/D converter on the Spartan 3E starter kit.
The A/D converter is a LTC3407A. It has 14 bits and 2 channels.
This code has not been tested.
This code is not complete because it does not control the LTC6912 amplifier.
The amplifier must be set up over its SPI interface before reading the A/D
because its power-up state is "off".
