VB与倍福PLC以太网通讯的代码（Beckhoff_PLC）
偶然接触到倍福的PLC，需要以太网上位机通讯，整理了一个资源：
无须安装任何软件，直接复制DLL文件引用即可；
支持多种数据类型，支持符号和绝对地址访问；
最主要的是在通讯速度方面做了优化，效率相当高；
