说明： Qt 4.7.2 + msvc2010 (msvc 版的 QT) 写的 Qt Gui 版 Spti, 即是 WinDDK里面一个 使用 DeviceIoControl 操作 SCSI 类型磁盘的例子,
本次编写此程序主要用于测试 usb 闪盘的 固件, 协助 usb 驱动 和 固件的程序开发.
同时也对在 Qt 中使用 win32 api 有一定的借鉴作用.
