说明： DSP平台下的DCT变换，对图像分块做DCT变换，然后做反DCT变换。比较原图和反DCT变换的结果，应该基本一致。
(The DCT transform under the DSP platform is used to do the DCT transformation of the image blocks, and then do the inverse DCT transform. Comparing the results of original and inverse DCT transform, they should be basically the same.)
