说明： 基于ARM Cortex-M4F(TM4C123)单片机 【功能】简易频率计
从微控制器引脚输出一定频率和占空比的脉冲波，用1根杜邦线连接该输出到定时器的外部输入引脚，测量输入波形的频率和占空比
同时在液晶上按如下格式显示：
(1)定时器m,引脚n
(2)Fre=x,Duty=y
(3)测量频率=Hz
(4)测量占空比= %
(Based on ARM Cortex-M4F (TM4C123) MCU [function] simple frequency meter
A pulse wave that outputs a certain frequency and a duty ratio from the pin of the microcontroller is used to connect the output to the external input pin of the timer with 1 DuPont lines to measure the frequency and duty ratio of the input waveform.
At the same time, it is shown on the liquid crystal as follows:
(1) timer m, pin n
(2) Fre=x, Duty=y
(3) the measurement frequency =Hz
(4) measure the duty ratio =%)
