说明： C#串口通讯上位机源码（打包为7z格式），源码为Visual Studio的C#工程，非常适合想通过C#编写上位机的初学者参考学习。代码包含串口上位机的基本功能，如可用串口检测、收发字符和Hex数据、保存上次使用的串口号、收发数据量记录等。此代码为本人学习C#时编写的，参考了他人的教程，并在其基础上加以改进。此工程源码可二次开发，添加代码扩展为你需要的串口上位机。
(C# serial communication host computer source code (packaged as 7z format), the source code for the Visual Studio C# engineering, very suitable for C# to write a master computer for beginners reference learning. The code contains the basic functions of the serial host computer, such as using serial port detection, sending and receiving characters and Hex data, preserving the serial number of the last serial port, and receiving and receiving data records.
