说明：  基于Arduino，在硬件上ATmega328P连接AT24CXX系列I2C通信的外置EEPROM存储器，并可同时连接DS1302计时器芯片进行秒级计时，每次启动时刻固定，通过串口实施显示的时间进行计时。通过I2C总线进行一次写入N/16组（page）数据，通过串口进行不断读出的程序，经测试能正常运行，没有问题。
