说明： 基于stm8的短按开机，长按关机程序，通过外部中断程序中改变按键状态，按键按下将标志位置位，在定时器程序中检测到标志位为1则定时器开始计数。
(Short press on the stm8, press and hold the shutdown program, change the button state through the external interrupt program, press the button to set the flag bit, and the timer will start counting when the flag is detected in the timer program.)
