说明：  研究高性能的图像去噪方法，获得干净、清晰的高质量去噪图像，具有非常重要的理论意义和应用价值。鉴于此，本文重点研究了基于偏微分方程和非局部均值框架下的图像去噪方法及其在BGA焊点X射线图像去噪中的应用。
