说明：  上传的是各类聚类算法的实现。anaconda包含大量的科学计算包,其中就包含ipython 和jupyter,安装之后即可用其打开ipython文件.安装方式为: 官网下载相应python版本的安装文件,我这里下载的是python2.7的版本.然后输入安装命令:
